We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist for a SaaS company called Valcre; an energetic person to complete the implementation of the software directly with the client. The team is multicultural, located in different parts of the world but collaboration is easy and the right tools are provided for communication and collaboration.
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients as they begin their journey with our platform, managing the entire implementation process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include leading client kickoff meetings and regular project status updates to ensure momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
You will manage project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to maintain adherence to schedules, guaranteeing successful and timely implementations. Accurate and thorough project documentation is crucial; you will update internal systems with relevant client information and project status to keep all stakeholders informed.
In addition, you will contribute to ongoing improvements of implementation methodologies and processes to optimize client onboarding efficiency and effectiveness. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including sales, product development, and customer solutions—you will ensure alignment across organizations to deliver seamless project outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a candidate with at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, coupled with 3+ years in client implementations, client success, client support, or similar roles. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a SaaS environment, understanding the nuances of software delivery and customer lifecycle management.
You should possess intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, enabling you to handle data analysis and documentation effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, is highly preferred, alongside a good understanding of project management tools and processes to keep implementations on track.
As a self-starter, you must demonstrate strong time management and prioritization capabilities, managing multiple client projects independently while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential for building positive client relationships and problem-solving during implementation challenges. You should also have an affinity for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and valued throughout their onboarding journey.
While not mandatory, experience with HubSpot CRM is highly desirable, as it will enable immediate contribution to project tracking and client communication. Candidates who have familiarity with additional project management software or methodologies will also have an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and patience, will enhance client interactions and foster trust during the onboarding process.
This is a full-time position with a standard shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday. The role supports a balanced work-life schedule and involves collaboration with diverse teams across multiple functions. We foster a professional and growth-oriented environment where continuous learning and process improvement are valued. We are a remote company, but we do expect people to work from one location only.
