We offer a platform for SMB's to be able to manage their website, hosting, security, and domain registration, all under one roof. We also provide ongoing support via a dedicated Digital Account Manager.

Job functions

  • Work with Digital Account Managers to provide daily support on tasks
  • Assist in the management of the client relationship, driving success for existing clients
  • Follow customer success plans, implementing revisions/updates to client’s websites
  • Support on-boarding any new clients onto our platform, ensuring they have a smooth and successful launch following signup
  • Work cohesively with the Digital Account Managers to uncover client needs and tie those needs to our specific set of services

Qualifications and requirements

  • Native or (close to) English written/verbal skills
  • 1+ years of experience in relevant field
  • A proven track record within an account management role, preferably from either a Advertising, Agency, or SaaS background
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Track record of working both independently and with a team


Paid sick days Sick leave is compensated (limits might apply).
Performance bonus Extra compensation is offered upon meeting performance goals.

Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in Costa Rica, Chile, Mexico, Colombia or Argentina.
