We are currently looking for an experienced, proactive, fast-thinking, and creative Customer Service Representative to join our team. The right candidate should be a rock star Customer Service Representative with a bubbly personality over the phone, willing to offer our customers, and leads an amazing experience by being "confusingly kind" or "freakishly friendly" with each and every caller!
This job is fast-paced at times, but can also be very slow. We need someone willing to collaborate with other aspects of the business, especially accounting as needed.

Job functions

  • Handling inbound customer support via phone, text, and email
  • Proactively contacting customers to collect payment
  • Handling prospects and closing rentals
  • Help with basic accounting on Quickbooks
  • Handling customer support requests and hard to deal with customers with a smile
  • Willing to collaborate with any administrative and/or customer support tasks needed

Qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses
  • Experience with cloud-based phone software such as OpenPhone and Dialpad
  • Experience with MS Excel and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Field Scheduling and CRM software
  • Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to zero background noise
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Must have a strong work ethic and track record of delivering results
  • You must be reliable and show up on time.



  • Monthly salary is $1000 USD
  • Payments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency
9:00 am to 6:00 pm EDT Time Zone (Monday through Friday with 1 hour lunch break)

Locally remote only

Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in South America.
