We are currently seeking ROCKSTARS to join our amazing team!! This position is a part of our shared services and serves locations in Texas and Louisiana. This position does require at least TWO (2) years of outbound call experience, as well as evening and weekend availability to serve all of their amazing customers.
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Inputting customer information accurately
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments
- Routing calls to the appropriate department when necessary
- Making outbound phone calls
- Confirming scheduled appointments and following up on existing leads
- Maintaining accurate records of leads in the CRM system
- Qualifying information and scheduling appointments for Design Consultants

Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in South America.
