  • Different service requests (user management, and configuration automation)
  • Triaging and resolving monitoring incidents in the production environment
  • Testing complex security solutions
  • Contribution to problem management to identify product flaws
  • Frequent communication with multiple stakeholders from the client side


  • A professional experienced in manual testing
  • Confident in Windows and MacOS system log analysis
  • Ready for communication around supporting end users: asking for updates, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Comfortable working with USA clients within their time range
  • Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English
  • An intelligent, proactive, and a highly motivated person
