Core Responsibilities

Lead frontend engineering efforts for complex fintech/lending projects, driving architecture, coding standards, and robust delivery pipelines.
Design and implement scalable front-end solutions using Angular, with integration patterns to NestJS, Node.js, and modern tooling (WebPack) to ensure maintainability and performance.
Architect and optimize deployment pipelines in Azure, enabling reliable, secure, and automated releases from development to production.
Manage cross-app authentication and session sharing (e.g., Next.js ↔ Angular) with performance-focused caching strategies and Cloudflare integration.
Contribute to simple, efficient, and scalable solutions delivered with minimal bugs and production risk.
Collaborate effectively with global teams, articulating technical decisions clearly and aligning them with product and business goals.
Provide leadership in technical decisions, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who brings deep expertise in Angular, NestJS, Node.js, and modern frontend architecture. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering fintech or lending products, building end-to-end deployment pipelines in Azure, and implementing secure, scalable cross-app authentication patterns. You should excel in high-autonomy environments, demonstrate strong communication skills, and deliver features with high quality and rapid iteration while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and security. Fluency in English for collaboration with global teams is essential. Strong leadership capabilities and a track record of guiding both people and technical decisions to align with product vision are highly valued.
