To compliment our existing business (Early Adopters Hub), we are launching a new startup/venture studio and are looking for a developer to join our core team.

We partner with exciting clients to build innovative solutions and also develop our own in-house products. This is a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, and shape the direction of our studio as the go-to developers for us and our clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a core member of our venture studio's development team, you will:

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications tailored to client needs as well as in-house product requirements.
Integrate third-party APIs with a strong focus on OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols to ensure secure and reliable data exchanges.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional, scalable solutions.
Use advanced ‘Vibe coding’ tools such as Lovable, Replit, Bolt, and Cursor to accelerate development velocity and enhance code quality.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute innovative ideas to improve product performance and user experience.
Perform thorough testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of applications to guarantee reliability and responsiveness across platforms.
Document code, workflows, and API integration details clearly for future maintenance and team onboarding.

Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for a passionate and skillful developer with proven experience in full-stack web application development. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience: Strong background building and deploying scalable web applications showcasing solid frontend and backend skills.
API expertise: Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience working with third-party APIs, specifically implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication flows accurately and securely.
Vibe coding tools proficiency: Familiarity with modern, collaborative cloud-based coding environments such as Lovable, Replit, Bolt, or Cursor, enabling agile and efficient software development.

Additional professional traits include excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment where adaptability and proactive communication are key.

Preferred Qualifications and Bonus Skills

Direct hands-on experience working with the Xero API, especially in contexts involving financial or accounting automation.
Professional background in fintech or accounting technology domains, understanding business logic and compliance needs.
Exposure to no-code or low-code automation platforms, such as Lindy, N8n, Make, or Zapier, to complement traditional development by accelerating integration workflows.
Interest or prior experience working with UK-based startups or venture studios, comfortable navigating international team collaboration.
