Job functions

  • Monitor, diagnose and solve incidents of the projects under their responsibility, until they go into production.
  • Deploy environments by code (IaC), ensure compliance and mitigate the risks of the apps under your responsibility.
  • Accompany the Cells/Tribes, in the migration, modernization and confiscation of the apps under their responsibility.
  • Guarantee the documentation of the apps under your responsibility; Layouts, Runbooks, and Playbooks.
  • Guarantee the maintenance of built automations.
  • Carry out the tasks of implementation and configuration of the infrastructure elements and Cloud platforms, including, among other elements, IaaS and PaaS and networking.
  • Translate infrastructure service requirements into source code templates and automatic provisioning flows based on the architectures and design of each project and provide continuous improvement.
  • Provide support, advice and guidance to teams on Cloud issues.
  • Interact with the external support areas of the different cloud providers, opening cases, providing information, monitoring and ensuring their correct closure.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience implementing and supporting cloud platforms.
  • One or more of the following certifications: Cloud certification with specialization in containers (desirable in OpenShift/Azure - e.g, Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration), Cloud management certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner – Foundation; AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate) or Certification in Azure and/or AWS Solution architect.

Nice to Have

Certification in VMWare Tanzu or similar (e.g., VMware Specialist – vSphere with Tanzu 2022).
