Responsibilities

Database Architecture & Maintenance:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable PL/SQL databases to support OCUREL’s lead management system.
- Optimize database schemas for performance and reliability.
Data Integration & Quality Management:
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including web forms, CRM tools, and marketing platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Develop processes to clean and standardize incoming data.
Performance Optimization:
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexes, and configurations.
- Proactively address bottlenecks and implement solutions to scale systems as data volume grows.
Automation & Scripting:
- Automate data workflows, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Develop scripts to streamline routine database tasks and reporting.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement robust data security protocols to protect sensitive lead and customer data.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with developers to integrate databases with front-end and back-end applications.
- Support sales and marketing teams by ensuring they have timely access to accurate data.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to team members.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Strong experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
Proficiency in SQL and one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes.
Familiarity with cloud database solutions (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google BigQuery, etc.).
Knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and database indexing.

Data Security & Compliance:

Understanding of data protection best practices.
Experience implementing GDPR, CCPA, or similar compliance measures.

Soft Skills:

C1 English level or higher
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proved experience working with lead magnets.
