The DevOps Release Manager opening in Sngular is about managing, planning, scheduling, and then controlling software delivery all through the release lifecycle and environment includes testing and deploying the software releases. You need to be both generalist and specialist.

What will you do?

• Planning release lifecycle.
• Understand the business needs and their priorities.
• Works with business leaders, product owners, IT project teams, and operations staff to ensure every release contains the correct features.
• Adjust release scope and create release plans, including governance and approval requirements.
• Managing risks and quality checks.
• Understand the availability of resources and environments for testing.
• Ensure compliance of new releases with governance requirements.
• Schedules seamless release deployments.
• Audit the process and standardize governance policies and requirements.
• Ensure governance compliance.

What will you need?

• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Highly specialized knowledge of management skills, strategic decision-making and previous experience coordinating implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
• Understanding and usage of the build and test environments (CI/CD).
• Development experience for understanding the dependencies.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must.
