Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and support more than 10 internal applications.
2. Manage service requests and incident resolution.
3. Monitor system health and perform configuration management.
4. Create and maintain system documentation.

Requirements &Technologies

1. Location in South America is preferred.
2. Availability during business hours: 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (USA calendar).
3. Proven experience with automated deployment of web applications and services (Angular, Java, Python).
4. Experience in the development of Angular, Java, or Python applications is a plus.
5. English - C1 level.

Technologies:
• General: Jenkins, Docker, Azure AD SSO
• Databases: Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Reporting Tools: Tableau, Power BI
