MyStrengthBook is a software-as-a-service start-up that builds software solutions to help strength coaches manage their athletes training.
MyStrengthBook offers 3 different SaaS plans:
  • Standard (B2C): An advanced fitness tracker for strength athletes that provides in-depth training metrics
  • Premium (B2C): Unlimited access to self-serve expert designed training programs
  • Coaching platform (B2B): A platform to manage and run your online strength coaching business
We’ve built several profitable projects in the fitness industry from coaching software, data tracking tools, and workout planners.
We’re a small team of people, passionate about building and scaling software application. We work remotely from multiple different countries, and connect online through Slack. We also come from various sporting background including soccer, hockey, CrossFit, and competitive powerlifting.

Job functions

  • Creating a test plan
  • Using the plan to assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
  • Using the plan to hunt down and fix software bugs
  • Looking for ways to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place
  • Guarding against incorrect language usage, truncated text and incorrect formatting
  • Ensuring the product is culturally compatible with the target market
  • Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Investigate customer complaints and product issues.

Qualifications and requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
