Job functions

Pro-actively seek to make continuous improvements to test coverage, automation, testing methods, processes, tools
Compose, automate and execute test cases according to product requirements
Clear and succinct bugs reporting
Ability to work with minimal supervision and be detailed oriented
Participate in and contribute to code reviews
Be passionate about software testing and solving hard problems

Qualifications and requirements

2 years of practical experience with tests automation (preferably in JavaScript and/or Python)
Experience with end-to-end testing tools such as Selenium and Cypress (we prefer the latter one)
Some experience with BDD tools such a Cucumber or similar
Experience developing and establishing testing criteria
Knowledge of:
- REST services and WebSocket
- CI processes and tools
- SDLC
- The GIT version control tool
- English language communication skills
- Desire to be in a fast-moving consulting environment 
-Previous experience working at digital services firms or agencies

Desirable skills

  • Previous experience working at digital services firms or agencies
  • Experience in working with Scrum methodology,
  • Integrating automated testing in a CI environment leveraging Docker,
  • Automated mobile application testing.
  • You’ve built something cool on your own because you enjoy doing what you do
  • Open-source contributions (ours at https://github.com/Tivix)
  • University degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
