Job functions

We are seeking a highly-skilled, mission-driven person with an uncapped drive and enthusiasm for digital transformation. You will responsible of:

  • Schedule, analyze and run test on new or modified software programs
  • Responsible for the documentation, layout, flows and other software development procedures used to verify the proper functioning in accordance with the established requirements
  • Perform compatibility testing for programs provided by vendors
  • Execute tests, detect problems, make recommendations, and determine the degree of compliance with established requirements
  • Recommend improvements or corrections to the stakeholders involved based on the business requirements, design of applications and their components
  • Design and develop high quality test scripts, following best practices, working together with architects and other team members
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Agile software development processes
  • Investigate, evaluate and adopt new testing methodologies
  • Assist the Scrum Master with detailed estimates and work plans and ensure timely delivery
  • Fight for performance ease of use, reliability, ease of maintenance of software

Qualifications and requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • English: advanced
  • Prior experience as tester, test development
  • Experience working on an Agile/Scrum process
  • Engineering in Computer, Systems or related career
  • Knowledge of the agile and scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of programming languages in Python, C/C++, SQL, Oracle Database, etc.
  • Handling Microsoft Office Applications
