QA Automation Lead in Moventi

You will be part of a globally distributed team working on cutting-edge automation frameworks that ensure software excellence.

We are looking for an expert QA Automation professional with over 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on automation engineering. You must have at least 3 years of experience in leadership roles, mentoring engineers, and making architectural decisions related to test automation frameworks.

Your technical proficiency should include extensive experience building and maintaining automation frameworks primarily with Node.js and TypeScript. Comfortable working with industry-standard QA tools such as WebdriverIO, Cypress, Jest, Selenium, and Mocha is essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital, especially in managing remote, cross-functional teams and liaising with technical and business stakeholders, including clients. You should be self-directed and capable of independent work while maintaining alignment with global team schedules, particularly Eastern Time (EST).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, showing strong problem-solving skills, leadership mindset, and a proactive approach to challenges is a must.
