We are looking for a QA Engineer, who will be responsible for driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes participating in Sprint ceremonies, performing functional testing, and utilizing automation frameworks and tools to develop test automation to support production releases and updates.

• Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Create test plans and test case using test case management system
• Design and develop automation scripts when needed
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistences
• Provide timely solutions
• Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Provide support and documentation
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Perform both manual and automation tests
• Automation test cases
• Participate in product and feature design with developers
• Support product deployments to production environment
• Create detailed, high-quality error reports
• Create test plans and test case using test case management system
• Plan, design and enhance automation test framework
• Support product deployments to production environment

• Strong understanding of SQA methodologies
• Solid experience with test automation (Junit, Selenium, GRID2.0). Or any other similar test framework and tools
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in Agile enviroment
• Services - Adaptive Methodology
• Dev Lifecycle and Deployment
• English fluency. Portuguese preferred OR Spanish preferred, depending the location
• Experience working with the Salesforce platform
