Job Functions

Perform exploratory testing to identify and prioritize the top 10-20 critical bugs impacting product stability.
Conduct manual UI testing for key workflows, focusing on real-world user scenarios.
Execute end-to-end testing to validate functionality across both the frontend and backend systems.
Carry out API testing to ensure proper functionality and integration of services.
Document findings effectively, emphasizing actionable insights over formal templates.
Collaborate with the CTO to address and prioritize bugs based on provided bug lists and key business needs.
Organize and maintain test schedules and reports independently, without direct interaction with developers.

Requerimients:

Proficiency in manual and exploratory testing techniques, with an ability to identify critical issues efficiently.
Strong understanding of black-box testing methodologies for high-level UI and backend validation.
Knowledge of Python for API testing.
Strong English communication skills for clear and concise reporting of bugs and test results.
Proactive and organized approach to managing tasks and priorities independently.

Plus:

Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and performance tracking.
Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Material UI, and Postgres is a plus.
Experience with testing staging environments and isolating critical bugs in production workflows.
