Job functions

● Develop and maintain test cases and test plans for SaaS products
● Identify and document defects and inconsistencies in SaaS products
● Work closely with development teams to ensure that defects are addressed and resolved efficiently
● Participate in the development of automation scripts and tools for testing SaaS products
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, to reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported issues
● Monitor and report on the overall quality of SaaS products
● Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodology within the organization
● Proactively identify potential quality issues and roadblocks, and develop solutions to address them
● Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products and their functionality, and use this knowledge to improve the quality of the products
● Perform thorough and in-depth testing of new features and functionality, to ensure that they meet the organization's standards for quality
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer support, to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
● Participate in the development of quality metrics and reporting, to track and monitor the overall quality of the organization's products
● Mentor and train junior members of the QA team, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
experience
● Coursework in software development and testing methods
● Knowledge of QA processes and methodology
● Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques
● Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or JavaScript such as
Cypress, is a plus
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects
