Day in the Life

Deeply immerse yourself in user journeys (on-boarding, loan application, repayment, etc.
Log defects, verify fixes and analyze bug trends
Propose practical UX improvements based on real user pain points
Develop automated test suites for critical flows

Must-Have Skills

Understand core QA methodologies and the bug-reporting lifecycle
Have hands-on experience testing web and mobile PWAs
Rapidly absorb business requirements for a micro-lending product
Clearly articulate test cases and defect reports
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

What Separates the Best from the Rest

Hands-on experience writing automated tests (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.
Familiarity with JavaScript/Python test frameworks
A strong UX sensibility—beyond finding bugs, you suggest ways to make flows smoother
Previous FinTech or micro-finance domain experience
