There are three primary groups within the Platform
a. Get data into our system, enabling our customers to use it in our products. Critical to the business because revenue is based on this. Includes file processing (typing, format conversion, de-NIST, virus protection, OCR, various translations), orchestration, and enrichment (conversation threading, apportionment, predictive tagging, similar document matching, topic clustering with automatic index generation).
b. Getting data out of our system, enabling our customers to produce to courts and opposing counsel and utilize data as evidence. Critical to the business because it is the finish line for our customers. Includes high-volume processing, orchestration, and packaging.
- 2. Document Management and Search
a. Many accomplished search professionals we talk to work with have search clusters of a couple of hundred nodes and indexes in the tens of terabytes. While that’s impressive, and a great candidate, we have big tenants.
b. We have a dozen production search clusters that size with associated backing stores. Our customers issue extremely detailed and precise queries that themselves are often megabytes in size. Each index is updated with the work product and metadata from reviewers routinely and in real-time.
a. Core systems such as dynamic configuration, communications fabric, product analytics, control plane, domain object modeling, and lifecycle management.
b. Product Security
c. Core Cloud infrastructure, developer enablement, and observability
