Must Have

• You have overall 6-8 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• You’ll be responsible for monitoring all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
• You have experience in developing test automation frameworks as Data-driven/Keyword driven/Hybrid. You should have produced 1 or more automation frameworks from scratch.
• You are comfortable working in either C++, GoLang, Java, C# or Python
• You are able to work as a senior member of a team, including being a mentor for less experienced quality Automation Engineers in your team
• You have knowledge of various testing methodologies, such as black box, white box, and gray box testing
• You enjoy working in an environment where you are learning new technologies and new concepts and solving complex problems with your team.

Education & Eligibility

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent years of work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in Chile
• This role may require some travel to customers sites or international Wenco offices (<10%)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with excellent interpersonal communication and
• collaboration skills.
• You have prior experience with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications
• Experience and/or knowledge of the mining industry.

• Optional 9/80 schedule, allowing you to work 9 days and have one additional day off
