Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Sofka Technologies

• Building software to help DevOps, ITOps and support teams, maintaining knowledge databases
• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
• Executing blameless postmortem assessments on incidents, in order to avoid their repetition and to identify ongoing improvements.

We are looking for the best candidates who are passionate about troubleshooting, teamwork, and a good attitude.

You are the person we are looking for if have:

• At least 3 years in platform management, architecture design and capacity planning of large systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in cloud environments, with focus on high availability architectures.
• Ability to program in one or more high level languages, such as Python, Java or Ruby.
• Experience with database technology, both relational and NoSQL
• Experience with system analysis and troubleshooting in large-scale Linux environment
• Experience in service automation., CI/CD, DevOps.
• Knowledge in tools like AWS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Circle CI, Sonarqube, Grafana and similars.

Excellent level of English.

• You can be located anywhere in the world, we like that you work remotely! But if you are in Colombia (Medellín and Bogotá) we want you to work two days a month from Sofka home, seeking to generate SYNERGIES and STRENGTHEN ties with your work team, as well as sharing a delicious lunch ...
