Sr. Cloud + Python Developer in ClickIT Smart Technologies

ClickIT is looking for a highly independent, outside-the-box thinker to join our rapidly growing Infra team as a Sr. Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. You’ll play a critical part in shaping our world-class cloud infrastructure by designing, implementing, and monitoring our constantly updated, large-scale production systems.

• Own tasks from start to finish
• Make your mark on our innovative developer experience by building automated deployment and testing solutions
• Manage performance bottlenecks and continuously improve the resiliency of our platform
• Develop serverless applications for AWS
• Review code from peers
• Supports, maintains and documents software functionality; documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Bug fixes for existing services or features

• At least 3 years development background is a must; proficiency in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript is a big plus
• Extensive experience with designing and implementing complex CI/CD processes
• Strong Software Engineering and/or DevOps background
• Deep understanding of Docker and container technologies
• You have operated and maintained production systems in AWS
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tool
• Great spoken english at least 80%
• Strong communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
• Experience working in international teams
• Experience working with Scrum methodology
• Good communication with customers
• Familiarity with Docker, Github Actions, Pulumi and microservices
• Familiarity with AWS Serverless technologies (SQS, Lambda, API, Gateway, etc.)
• Python/TypeScript development experience
