Job Details:

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer (Enterprise, M365/Azure) to drive the design, implementation, and support of Windows and cloud services with a strong focus on security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect/operate Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Windows Server 2016–2022.
  • Manage Intune/Autopilot, device compliance, Conditional Access, and M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams).
  • Maintain security controls (Defender, hardening, least privilege), patching, and PowerShell automation.
  • Own incident response, monitoring, backup/DR, and documentation; act as Tier-3/SME.

Must-have experience:

  • 6–10+ years with Microsoft enterprise platforms; proven hybrid AD + Entra design.
  • Intune/MDM, Conditional Access, SSO/Federation, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs) and troubleshooting.
  • Track record delivering projects end-to-end in regulated or security-focused environments.

Nice to have:

  • Azure IaaS/PaaS, Defender suite depth, Hyper-V/VMware; certifications like MS-102, AZ-104/305, SC-300/200.
