• Ensure the reliability and scalability of the customer’s platform.
• Build the infrastructure and implement the processes to ensure
  ensure high-quality code is shipped.
• Design and implement automated build, test, and other environments (production, staging, demo, QA, etc).
• Develop and extend a robust and comprehensive CI/CD workflow.
• Understand customer requirements and convert them into project deliverables.
• Define production SLAs and ensure they are met.
• Manage and resolve incidents, and analyze root causes.
• Identify and implement cybersecurity measures for ongoing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
• Support SOC, HIPAA, and other compliance and assist with customer security questionnaires.
• Establish meticulous engineering processes to enforce high quality.

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
• Strong programming and scripting skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience leading a team of 3-5 engineers.
• Effective leadership, organization, and cross-functional communication.
• Experience building infrastructure and tools from the ground up.
• Knowledge of hosting multi-tenant solutions with hybrid deployment models.
• Advanced English.

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
