Sysadmin Linux. Full Remote in Sngular

We are looking for SysAdmin that will provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems in a Windows and Linux environment. Support will include day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem-solving resolutions for the customer's system.

The system administrator will also configure, manage and install/load operating system software while continually troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, configuring network components and implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability.

• Experience designing and implementing complex applications
• Experience troubleshooting escalated complex contact center application problems
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience
• Prior experience with the following:
• Application Scripting – Powershell and/or Bash
• Database experience – MSSQL and/or Oracle
