Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Systems Engineer. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Mediastream's content delivery network (CDN) infrastructure and services, ensuring fast, secure, robust and scalable access to our digital services for our customers. customers. users around the world, with a focus on video encoding and transcoding.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize the CDN infrastructure to enhance content delivery speed and security.
Continuously monitor CDN performance, identify bottlenecks, and make adjustments to ensure operational continuity and speed.
Rotate on-call shifts and synchronously monitor high-concurrency streaming events.
Implement robust security measures to safeguard the CDN against threats, including DDoS attacks or others.
Collaborate closely with application development and cybersecurity teams to ensure efficient integration of the CDN and the implementation of security policies.
Work collaboratively with development and content teams to ensure that content is optimized for delivery through the CDN.
Research and evaluate new technologies, trends, and best practices in the CDN solutions domain, and subsequently propose, agree upon, implement, document, and provide training as necessary.
