As an IT Support Engineer within our growing technology team, you will design and implement automated workflows and data integrations that underpin our marketing, sales, and fulfillment operations. You will collaborate with System Architecture, Marketing, and IT administration to ensure data integrity, seamless platform integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier), and automated onboarding/offboarding processes for staff. This role offers remote flexibility with occasional in-office IT duties, and opportunities to contribute across multiple departments with a focus on automation, reliability, and user productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain information systems and automation solutions to improve efficiency, scale operations, and reduce manual work.
• Identify automation opportunities and build robust integrations between marketing, sales, and fulfillment platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Slack, Google Suite, Okta, Jira, Twilio).
• Collaborate with System Architects and IT Administrators to implement end-to-end automations that support business processes and data flows.
• Support HR and managers with automated employee onboarding/offboarding processes, access management, and device provisioning.
• Troubleshoot IT automation bugs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes. Participate in on-call rotations for in-office IT tasks as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for users and administrators.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide ongoing status updates.
• Promote best practices for data governance, security, and privacy across all automation initiatives.

What you will bring

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with a strong background in building IT solutions and automations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zapier, and Okta, and thrives in an Agile environment. You should be comfortable translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and working cross-functionally to deliver value.
Required skills and experience:
  • 3+ years designing and implementing IT solutions and automation projects
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Zapier or comparable platforms
  • Experience with Okta for identity and access management
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
  • Experience working in an Agile environment or willingness to adopt Agile practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Desirable Qualifications

Experience with additional automation and integration tools, data governance and security practices, and experience supporting an on-prem or hybrid IT environment. Exposure to data modeling, reporting, and analytics is a plus. Prior work in a mission-driven or healthcare-related organization is valued.
