The role and responsabilites

The Role
// While our engineering teams build new features for our platform, our US Launch Operations team is responsible for the onboarding, customization, and deployment of each instance of our platform for our clients. This Product Support Engineer will be part of the US Launch Operations team, working closely with our Project Managers, Account Managers, and Engineering teams to manage apps and environments released by Masabi.

Due to the close interaction with many customer supporting roles, this role can present future client-facing opportunities. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders are essential, as you will be a core member of each deployment team.
Being the expert on configuration and making sure you have the information you need to complete the roll-out of a new client/brand
Responsabilities
  • Oversee brand maintenance tasks, including pricing adjustments, product launches, and the introduction of new features
  • Handle content management, including updates to client-specific text and localizations
  • Overseeing building and releasing apps via App Store Connect and Google Play Store
  • Configure third-party web tools like Google Analytics, appfigures, appbot
  • Conduct thorough smoke testing for mobile and web user interfaces
  • Create and refine standard processes, checklists, and documentation for repeatable tasks
  • Investigate and resolve application issues, documenting solutions comprehensively

About you

  • Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, drive and resilience
  • Excel in teamwork and possess outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Have a robust technical background. We prefer candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Are passionate about contributing to a goal-oriented team, driving progress and innovation

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Database & SQL Scripting
  • Source Control (Git)
  • Familiarity with build and deploy scripts and tools like Bamboo
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and basic Java
  • A strong foundational understanding of Quality Assurance practices
