The Customer Success team plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients maximize the value they receive from TaxDome’s platform. They are responsible for guiding SMB accounting firms through adoption, engagement, and expansion while fostering long-term relationships. Our client portfolio is diverse, encompassing a wide range of small and mid-sized accounting practices looking to modernize and optimize their business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized accounting firm clients, addressing their varying levels of strategic needs.
  • Develop and execute scalable, repeatable client engagement strategies such as email cadences, webinars, Loom video tutorials, and resources on the help center.
  • Conduct product check-ins and success calls with selected high-potential clients to deepen their platform usage and satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor account health metrics and proactively intervene to prevent client churn or disengagement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding each client’s goals and usage patterns, helping to expand revenue streams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure clients receive a seamless experience from their initial adoption through renewal.
  • Share insights and feedback from clients to contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer success processes and the TaxDome platform.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience managing high-volume or segmented portfolios
  • Fluent in English (C1+)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • CRM and support tool experience (HubSpot, Intercom, Slack, etc.)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in finding solutions
  • Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to coach clients toward outcomes

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with accounting/tax industry tools
  • Spanish fluency (a plus, not required)
  • Experience working with US-based SMBs
  • Familiarity with segmentation or tech-touch CS strategies
