This role sits within our customer support team, focused on delivering expert technical support for our appraisal software products, ensuring timely issue resolution, and gathering actionable feedback to improve our offerings. You will work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Development teams to ensure customers receive outstanding service and clear, well-documented solutions. The project scope includes handling inquiries, guiding customers through product features, and contributing to internal knowledge bases and training materials to empower agents and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers via email, live chat, phone, and remote desktop support for our appraisal software products and services.
  • Diagnose issues, guide customers through product features, and resolve inquiries with a customer-first approach.
  • Prioritize workload to address critical issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Test scenarios, document product issues, and collaborate with Product and Development teams on root causes and improvements.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams, track progress, and coordinate between clients and internal departments.
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to Product, Customer Success, and Development teams to drive service and product enhancements.
  • Manage support tickets in Zendesk with thorough documentation and timely resolution.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials to improve team efficiency and customer understanding.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a semi-senior Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be the primary technical contact for clients using our appraisal software, responsible for diagnosing issues, explaining complex technical concepts in clear terms, and delivering effective solutions. You will work with a team that values integrity, problem-solving, and proactive communication. The role requires strong software troubleshooting capabilities, proficient documentations skills, and the ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities. A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent English communication, collaborative mindset, and a willingness to cover occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Desirable Skills & Experience

What Sets You Apart: Prior experience handling challenging customer interactions with a focus on precise documentation and clear communication. Background creating training content and teaching others about processes and technology. Startup experience and familiarity with Commercial Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation are a plus.
Skills: Advanced English (speaking, listening, writing); strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Excel and Word; ability to work independently and as part of a team; reliable remote work setup with stable internet and power backups. Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays; flexible schedule to cover team absences.
