How can I make my jobs to appear automatically in LinkedIn?

Get on Board has a partnership with LinkedIn Limited Listings that allows your jobs to appear automatically in LinkedIn job search results. This feature allows you to maximize your jobs' reach, while keeping all candidate tracking info inside Get on Board.

(*)Premium Listings on LinkedIn are paid postings designed to reach passive professionals (who are not actively job-seeking) via newsletters, feeds, and “jobs you may be interested in.” Limited Listings are free job postings on LinkedIn that appear in search results for professionals actively looking for a job.

⚠️ Important: From March 2025, LinkedIn has implemented new restrictions on job ingestion from new companies via third-party sources. This means that only companies with active job postings on LinkedIn or a Job Slot contract with LinkedIn will continue to have their jobs listed through this integration. If your company does not meet these criteria, your job postings may no longer appear on LinkedIn via this integration.

Direct integration with LinkedIn: post your jobs for free 🫂

As an official LinkedIn Basic Jobs partner, Get on Board allows your jobs posted on our ATS to be automatically submitted to LinkedIn, appearing in the Jobs section within the platform at no additional cost.
This increases the visibility of your vacancies among candidates who are actively searching for jobs on LinkedIn, without losing the expertise and centralization of your process on our platform.

How can you activate it?

To enable automatic posting:

  1. Go to Settings → Company Info.
  2. Add the URL of your LinkedIn company page in format:
  3. https://www.linkedin.com/company/tu-empresa
  4. Post your job on Get on Board.
  5. Once set up, your job openings will be automatically posted to LinkedIn.
  6. You can see if your company has the integration enabled from the admin view.

Once you add your LinkedIn profile, your jobs may take a few days before start appearing in LinkedIn.

If your jobs do not appear in LinkedIn after a while, we recommend you check that the URL in your profile is correct and that your job posting follows LinkedIn guidelines, as it is out of our reach to determine which jobs they decide to show or not.
