My account was disabled, what should I do?

When Get on Board detects that your emails are bouncing, it starts a process of deactivation of your account consisting of:

  • Disabling the account.
  • Scheduling a reactivation email to be sent twenty-four hours after the disabling of the account.

What should I do?

  • Click on the link within the reactivation email.
  • If you did not receive the email, you can chat with our team to help you reactivate your account right away.
