Why was my ad rejected?

At Get on Board, all published jobs go through a review process by our editorial team, in accordance with our moderation policy

Approximately 20% of all jobs submitted have some problems to solve before they can be published. Here are the main reasons:

  • Little information about the company
  • No distinction is made between required and optional knowledge
  • Job title and description do not match
  • The responsibilities of the position are not clear
  • Responsibilities too broadly defined
  • The requirements of the position are not clear
  • Too vague
  • The real workplace is hidden
  • Writing problems
  • Excluding requirements are indicated in the "optional" field
  • Inconsistency of seniority
  • Excessive requirements
  • Non-relevant requirements
  • Specific institutions of study are required
  • Off-topic
  • Contact information is incorporated
  • Multiple charges
  • The hiring company is not clearly informed
  • Low salary
  • It does not appear to be 100% remote
