You will be part of an outsourced account management team for our client. This is a long-term contract role.

Job functions

  • Client Relationship Management – Conduct regular live zoom check-ins with clients to understand their needs, discuss new initiatives, and gather feedback. Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale.
  • Opportunity Development – Identify potential projects or service expansions through client conversations and project meetings.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with our project teams to develop proposals, coordinate follow-ups, and revive inactive accounts.
  • CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and account status.
  • Reporting – Provide weekly summaries of client activities, new opportunities, and feedback.
  • Continuous Learning – Stay updated on company offerings, solutions, and industry trends to effectively represent our services.

Qualifications and requirements

  • MUST BE comfortable and willing to be on live face-to-face zoom calls with english-speaking customers every day.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in customer or account management preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology or IT services is a plus (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, CRM, PowerBI, Wordpress, Digital Marketing, etc.) β€” training will be provided.
  • Must work exclusively with our company (no side jobs or multiple clients).
  • Availability during Pacific Time (7 AM–3 PM PST).
  • Willing to use Time Doctor for time tracking.
  • Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
