Binary Future is a software development company with Ukrainian roots, delivering e‑commerce solutions based on WooCommerce and Shopify. Our distributed, remote team collaborates across 4 countries to design, build, and scale online stores for startups and SMEs worldwide. This role sits within our sales function, focused on expanding partnerships and driving growth for our services in IT and digital solutions.

As a Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure, while collaborating closely with the SDR and lead generation teams. You will represent Binary Future to prospective clients, tailor proposals to client needs, and help shape our go-to-market approach in the e-commerce and software development space. The role offers mentorship, a flexible remote-first environment, and exposure to a multicultural team with a shared passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and drive the sales process from qualified lead to closed deal.
  • Communicate with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and video calls (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • Present Binary Future’s service offerings to startups and SMEs.
  • Understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and finalize agreements.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and the lead generation team for smooth handoffs and targeted outreach.
  • Provide regular reports to the Sales Team Lead on deals, conversations, and results.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Optionally close small-size deals directly without additional team input.

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager who thrives in a dynamic, remote-first environment. You will own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to final agreement, and will work closely with our SDRs and lead generation specialists to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You should be comfortable discussing IT and digital services, can articulate Binary Future’s value proposition, and excel at building trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

What you’ll bring: 1+ year of experience in sales (preferably IT or digital services), fluent English (spoken and written), strong communication and storytelling skills, self-motivation, organization, and a results-driven mindset. Proficiency with CRMs and online tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Suite) is essential. You should be comfortable building rapport with prospects from different countries and be open to collaboration across teams. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.

Nice to have

Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) or IT/digital services sales. Familiarity with multi-country sales cycles, ability to tailor solutions to startups and SMEs, and experience in negotiating complex contracts are desirable. Strong storytelling capability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to uncovering upsell opportunities will help you excel in this role.
