As a Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure, while collaborating closely with the SDR and lead generation teams. You will represent Binary Future to prospective clients, tailor proposals to client needs, and help shape our go-to-market approach in the e-commerce and software development space. We are seeking a driven Sales Manager who thrives in a dynamic, remote-first environment. You will own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to final agreement, and will work closely with our SDRs and lead generation specialists to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You should be comfortable discussing IT and digital services, can articulate Binary Future’s value proposition, and excel at building trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
What you’ll bring: 1+ year of experience in sales (preferably IT or digital services), fluent English (spoken and written), strong communication and storytelling skills, self-motivation, organization, and a results-driven mindset. Proficiency with CRMs and online tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Suite) is essential. You should be comfortable building rapport with prospects from different countries and be open to collaboration across teams. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) or IT/digital services sales. Familiarity with multi-country sales cycles, ability to tailor solutions to startups and SMEs, and experience in negotiating complex contracts are desirable. Strong storytelling capability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to uncovering upsell opportunities will help you excel in this role.
