As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. Your day-to-day will include onboarding new clients, guiding them through setup and best practices, training users, and providing exceptional support.
You’ll also manage customer accounts, maintain ongoing communication, and help identify opportunities to improve their experience. Collaboration with our product and data teams will be part of your routine, as you’ll share insights and feedback that shape future improvements.
This role is full-time, remote, and offers room to grow as our platform and customer base continue to expand.
The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker who feels comfortable communicating clearly and confidently with international clients. Since we work as a small and collaborative team, you should be able to manage your time effectively and take ownership of your tasks while staying aligned with shared goals.
Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager or in SaaS customer support is important, as it helps you understand client needs and provide proactive, solution-oriented guidance. However, we also value curiosity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed just as much as formal experience.
Being tech-savvy will help you learn our platform quickly and assist users with confidence. Familiarity with gaming and platforms such as Steam, Discord, or Reddit is a strong advantage, as many of our customers are gaming-related brands.
