Senior Infrastructure & Security Engineer in Teravision Games

We are looking for a Senior IT & Security Engineer who is passionate about building and protecting the technological foundation that powers our studio.
As a Senior IT & Security Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our systems, tools, and digital assets. You'll play a key role in securing our environment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for both on-site and remote teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an Infrastructure and Security Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of server administration (Linux & Windows), network architecture, and system security.
• Hands-on experience with firewall configuration, VPNs (IPSEC/SSL), cloud + on-premise environments, and scripting (basic level).
• Proficient in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and network shares.
• Experience in vulnerability assessment, incident management, and secure systems design.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Office 365 administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for supporting users under pressure.
• Experience working in fast-paced technology environments (video games or software development preferred).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher) for documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to documentation and process compliance.
