What You’ll Do

Gather, analyze, and interpret data from financial, operational, and customer sources.
Build automated reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Collaborate across teams to identify business improvement opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting outputs.
Work closely with finance and leadership teams to align analysis with strategic goals.

What we expect from you

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a financial and reporting focus to join Niuro’s global, remote-ready team. You will design and maintain robust reporting processes that empower decision-makers with timely, accurate financial insights. You will work autonomously to manage multiple reporting priorities, interpret diverse data sources, and translate findings into clear recommendations. Comfortable with Excel at an expert level, you will leverage BI tools and, optionally, SQL knowledge to extract and present data efficiently. You should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders across finance and leadership.

Nice to Have

Experience in finance, accounting, or tax domains. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio). Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting for data extraction. Exposure to ERP / CRM systems and data governance best practices. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
