Required experience includes SQL proficiency, exploratory data analysis with Python (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries), familiarity with the big data stack (Spark, Hive, Databricks), and experience delivering analytical support for e-commerce initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration, customer-focused problem solving, and the ability to report business performance effectively at a cross-functional level. A background in statistics and a passion for data-driven decision making are highly valued.

Desirable

Experience with data visualization and dashboarding for both technical and non-technical audiences; strong storytelling with data; experience in product analytics and understanding of e-commerce funnels; familiarity with ClickHouse, cube.js, Docker, Git; comfort with rapid prototyping and stakeholder communication; curiosity about customer behavior and product optimization; statistical mindset for hypothesis testing and experimentation; ability to work independently in a remote, fast-growing organization.
