We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for logging into various websites, capturing relevant data, and accurately documenting this data in specific formats. This role is essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for our business operations.

Job functions
Browse and search for specific information on the web.
Capture data accurately and efficiently from multiple sources.
Input data into spreadsheets following the provided format and guidelines.
Verify the accuracy of data to ensure high quality and completeness.
Maintain and update records as necessary to ensure data integrity.
Perform regular audits to identify and correct any discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure consistency.
Adhere to confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.
Qualifications and requirements
C1 or above English level (strictly necessary)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with various websites and online platforms is preferred.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to guidelines strictly.
Desirable skills
Experience with data management tools and software.
Basic understanding of online operations and terminology.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
