Data Scientist in Grupo Kaufmann

We are lookingfor professional from Data Scientist, who has 3 years of experience in related positions. You will be responsible for obtaining and analyzing requested statistical data, presenting the information that will facilitate the commercial and financial decision-making of the project.

1. Obtain and extract information related to the project processes in charge.
2. Organize the information acquired so that the databases related to the project are structured.
3. Explore the databases making creative use of them, determining the methodology to be used, either through visualization, reporting, and analysis tools that involve data mining or statistical techniques that facilitate the commercial and financial decision-making of the project.
4. Implement the backend code of the project's digital services, using different database management systems for its development.
5. Identify and understand business needs and market trends in terms of BI methodologies, tools, and solutions.
6. Ensure the incorporation of new valuable data, related to the understanding of customers, markets, and industry.
7. Develop, implement, and maintain statistical models and data visualization models.

• Fields within the context of: mathematics, statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Civil, physics.
• Statistical knowledge: descriptive, inferential, and statistical experimentation and data visualization.
• Advanced Microsoft Office management. (exclusive)
• Coding certifications (must have)
• English advanced level (must have)
• Knowledge in GIS Platforms.

• Knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Python, PySpark and Sparklyr.
• Knowledge in database management (Big Data and SQL).
• Desirable handling of SAP ERP.
