We are looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale Data and Analytics transformation initiatives involving SAP systems and cloud-based data platforms for the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. This role requires a combination of program management expertise, strong technical knowledge of SAP systems, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders to ensure the success of strategic projects across multiple countries in Latin America.

- Lead and manage end-to-end data transformation and analytics projects, from planning and design to implementation and post-launch support
- Oversee projects related to SAP Enterprise Central Component (ECC), SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) systems.
- Support the integration of SAP data into Google Cloud Platform for advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, present system designs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage data testing, migration planning, and transition activities to ensure smooth system transitions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, especially in supply chain operations, using SAP systems and analytics.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the customer, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

Requerimientos del cargo

Location: Brazil only (remote)
Senior level

- At least 10 years of experience managing Data and Analytics projects involving SAP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, and supply chain modules.
- Experience integrating SAP data into cloud-based platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese required; English proficiency preferred.
- Previous experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is a plus.
- Advanced English, fluent conversational level
