The Silicon Partners is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to support a large-scale S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation for a U.S.-based client. This role focuses on leading data migration activities across multiple functional areas using standard SAP Public Cloud migration tools and templates. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, engineers, and consultants to ensure accurate data mapping and successful cutover into S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data migration activities across multiple SAP modules within a S/4HANA Public Cloud project.
Hands-on use of SAP Migration Cockpit (including templates and staging-based migrations) to map, validate, and migrate legacy data into S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Develop and enforce data migration standards, templates, and guardrails aligned with Fit-to-Standard methodologies.
Drive workshops with business and technical teams to gather requirements, identify data gaps, and articulate risks and remediation plans.
Coordinate data mapping efforts for master data and transactional data objects, including Customer/Business Partner, Vendor/Business Partner, Material Master, BOM/Routing/Work Centers (if applicable), GL Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Inventory, Open Items, and related data.
Lead data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution during the migration lifecycle.
Monitor progress, provide status updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery within schedule and budget constraints.
Role Description
We are seeking a senior SAP Data Migration Lead with 7+ years of SAP data migration experience and hands-on S/4HANA Public Cloud migration expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record driving data migration workshops, mapping legacy data to S/4 Public Cloud data models, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex migration scenarios. You will operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, balancing technical detail with clear communication and risk management to ensure a successful cloud transition.
Desirable Skills & Experience
1-2 S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations with direct experience using SAP Migration Cockpit.
Strong understanding of SAP master data and transactional data objects across key modules.
Experience with Fit-to-Standard methodologies and cloud data guardrails.
Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to map legacy systems to modern S/4HANA data models and to identify data quality issues and remediation strategies.
