Technical Business Analyst in Nisum Latam

• Understand and define complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvements across projects and teams.
• Define, document, and manage functional requirements, user stories, use cases, business cases, and BRDs. Engage stakeholders through effective communication, elicitation of requirements, and impactful presentations.

• You must reside in Chile or Colombia
• Advanced english skills
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Understanding of how a Scrum team operates, including the creation and management of user stories and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Ability to define and understand business needs clearly and translate them into functional requirements.

• Analytical Thinking: Business process modeling, root cause analysis
• Communication: Stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, presentation skills
• Documentation: Business cases, user stories, use cases, BRDs
• Problem Solving : Gap analysis, SWOT analysis, decision modeling
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry standards, business operations, and best practices
• Tools: MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, BPM tools, Tableau/Power BI (for data insights)
