The candidate will be part of the Product team, reporting and working with the Product Manager  executing following tasks:

- Identify and execute analysis to uncover areas of opportunity and present actionable solutions and ideas through data analysis, UX, user tests and AB tests.

- Work hand by hand with the design team to model each project from scratch, starting with wireframes, mockups and ending with templates.

- Transmit ideas and give support to developments team, to give them the necessary insights to create each new feature/product.

- Follow and execute protocols of QA to ensure that each feature/product is according to the standards and meet every requirement asked at the begining of the project (QA checks, testing sprints and new deploys).

Profile:

The person needs to be dynamic, curious, ambitious, passionate about product development, a strong team player and great communicator and able to work well independently and within a team.

- Engineers or similar with IT project management background.

-  Solid Web Analyst experience managing entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and iteration for web and mobile.

- Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative.

- Proven experience with web analytics.

- Knowledge of UX principles, methodologies and architecture (for web and mobile)

- Basic technical understanding of online product development.

- Applicants with specialist knowledge and experience in conversion optimization, digital marketing, UX design, or consumer psychology and research will be considered with priority.

- Fluent in English.
