Job Details:

We are seeking an Art Director to lead and evolve our company’s global visual identity across all digital and brand touchpoints. You will drive high-end campaigns, guide brand refresh projects, and ensure creative consistency through expert use of Adobe Express and CC Libraries. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on design leadership—mentoring designers, streamlining template systems, and ensuring every project meets the highest creative and brand standards.

This is a fixed-term contract through January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Identity: Maintain and update the brand site (Amp) and ensure global consistency.
Adobe Express & CC Libraries: Oversee template creation and adoption; manage access, updates, and compliance.
Campaigns & Activations: Lead creative concepts and execution for global campaigns and events.
Design Leadership: Direct the team’s creative output, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with brand vision.
Innovation & Mentorship: Research trends, enhance guidelines, and coach designers for professional growth.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Highly Proficient in design tools/software and visual design theory.
Exceptional portfolio showcasing creativity, design thinking, and craftsmanship across disciplines.
Self-starter with strong team spirit, mentoring, leadership, training, and customer service skills.
Passion for design breakthroughs, client-first mindset, precision in delivery, and deep integrated design expertise; Expertise in UI/UX/Digital capabiliites/Motion all a plus.
Thrives in fast-paced environment, continually learning, embracing challenges and pivoting across workstreams effortlessly; Stays abreast of technology and trends.
Highly collaborative team player, adept at building relationships and managing stakeholders.
Demonstrates exceptional design thinking, innovation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Excellent listening skills; Adapts to direction.
Exemplifies meticulous organization and unwavering attention to detail.
Familiarity with printing processes (Offset/Digital).

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in visual design/graphic design or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Demonstrated track record as an Art Director within a corporate environment and supported by a diverse design portfolio.
Corporate design experience is advantageous.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Expert knowledge in CC Libraries and Adobe Express.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have software foundation:
Web/interactive (Ceros, Webflow, Word Press, Sharepoint or similar).
Animation (After Effects, Adobe Animate).
