About Us: Thesis Driven — an early-stage real estate education and technology startup focused on delivering innovative learning experiences and practical tools for clients in the real estate space. Our mission is to empower learners and professionals with accessible, tech-enabled education and tools.

About the Role: You’ll contribute to shaping our digital brand, design systems, and product-facing interfaces. You’ll collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to create scalable web experiences, spanning marketing sites, product surfaces, and automated workflows. This role sits at the intersection of design and development, driving end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment, with a focus on no-code/low-code platforms and selective custom code when needed.

Job opportunity on getonbrd.com.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Branding: Translate concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive designs in Figma and Webflow; maintain a consistent brand identity across web, email, social, and product surfaces; elevate the brand with engaging layouts and visual hierarchy.
  • Web & Product Building: Build and launch features and sites in Webflow, Bubble, and Airtable; create automated workflows with Zapier to connect platforms and streamline operations; integrate Stripe and other APIs for payments and enrollments.
  • User Experience & Usability: Apply strong UI/UX principles, ensure accessibility and performance, identify gaps and bugs, and proactively implement improvements without waiting for direction.
  • Project Ownership: Take independent ownership of projects and sprints from design to deployment; collaborate with founders, marketers, and engineers to scope, prioritize, and deliver; provide ongoing maintenance to keep platforms running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Skills: Proven track record designing and shipping digital products or marketing sites at a startup or fast-moving company. Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms: Figma, Webflow, Bubble, Airtable, Zapier, Stripe. Comfort with HTML, CSS, and APIs to extend and customize low-code builds. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, UI/UX, usability, and responsive design. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a cohesive brand system. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and deliver results on time.

What Drives You: You’re excited by shaping digital experiences for a fast-growing startup, balancing brand creativity with technical execution, and owning projects end-to-end.

Nice to Have

Motion design or animation skills, experience with email design platforms (Beehiiv, Kit, or similar), and familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, etc.) to measure success. A collaborative, proactive mindset with comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Benefits

  • Work directly with founders and industry leaders at the intersection of real estate, technology, and education.
  • Shape community strategy and customer experience at a growing, innovative startup.
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and room to grow into leadership as we scale.
