Pixie Meta Ltd is building a vibrant, player-first studio focused on creating fun and inspiring video games that connect people. We’re gearing up for the launch of Zomvilles in January 2026, a live social-game experience that blends community storytelling with dynamic, humor-driven content. As the Community & Social Media Manager, you’ll be the connective voice between players and the studio, shaping how Zomvilles feels and grows across Discord and social platforms. You’ll partner with the Marketing Team to translate early feedback into product insights and growth opportunities, helping us cultivate a loyal, engaged community from beta through launch and beyond.

Core Responsibilities

Community Management (50%): Create, organize, and maintain the Zomvilles Discord with 5–6 key channels (e.g., #feedback, #bugs, #memes, #announcements, #general, #dev-diary). Moderate daily conversations, keeping tone light, humorous, and brand-consistent. Recruit and onboard early testers from LATAM and global gaming circles. Gather player feedback and report key themes weekly to the CEO. Organize micro-events (meme contests, bug bounties, dev AMAs). Reward active members with custom roles, shoutouts, or in-game perks.
Social Media Management (50%): Develop and execute a short-form content plan for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Collaborate with the designer to produce memes, gameplay edits, and dev diaries (3–4 posts/week). Write captions and manage posting cadence across platforms. Track engagement and sentiment; adjust tone and themes as needed. Coordinate influencer shoutouts or UGC reposts to grow reach. Manage store review replies in Spanish and English within 24h.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Growth Manager & CEO to define voice, tone, and humor. Align visuals and timing with the designer. Coordinate with the future Growth Marketer to link community activity with UA and retention tests.

Required Skills, Traits & Experience

We are seeking a creative, data-informed communicator with a passion for gaming communities. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years in community or social media management, preferably within games. You should demonstrate strong writing and bilingual capabilities (Spanish and English), a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and meme culture, and proven experience moderating Discord servers. You’re a self-starter who thrives in flexible, rapid-iteration environments and loves turning community feedback into tangible growth opportunities. Familiarity with indie or mobile game communities, basic video or meme editing (CapCut, Canva, Figma), and an interest in UGC/influencer management are highly desirable. Comfort with AI-assisted tools for copy or scheduling is a plus.

Desirable but Not Required

Experience with indie or mobile game communities; ability to manage influencer relationships; basic video editing skills beyond CapCut (e.g., After Effects, Premiere); understanding of ASO or lifecycle marketing basics; comfort working across multiple time zones; strong project management and collaboration skills; a love for memes and community-driven storytelling.
